W niniejszej publikacji ukazana jest problematyka związana z pracą elektrowni oraz farm w systemie elektroenergetycznym. Omówione zostało oddziaływanie elektrowni i farm wiatrowych na system elektroenergetyczny, wskazane są możliwości i konieczność sterowania elektrowniami i farmami wiatrowymi w podstawowych procesach regulacyjnych, jakie w systemach elektroenergetycznych są realizowane, a także możliwości i konieczność udziału elektrowni i farm wiatrowych w obronie i odbudowie systemu elektroenergetycznego po Black out’cie (pouczający jest przebieg awarii systemowej z dnia 4 listopada 2006 r.).

Książka ma całkiem nowy układ, zawiera historię architektury miasta ułożoną według dzielnic i tras spacerowych. Doprowadzona jest do roku 2010. Składa się z dwóch części: historycznej, gdzie architektura miasta omówiona jest chronologicznie, oraz z katalogu, w którym poszczególne obiekty zgrupowane są według proponowanych tras zwiedzania (zgodnego z miejscem usytuowania danego obiektu). Zdjęcia w katalogu są współczesne, kolorowe, w części historycznej również archiwalne.
