Pierwszy przewodnik po architekturze modernistycznej we Wrocławiu. Między 1910 a 1933 rokiem Wrocław był jednym z centrów nowoczesnej architektury w Niemczech. Obok Hali Stulecia autorstwa Maksa Berga czy domu towarowego Rudolfa Petersdorffa projektu Ericha Mendelsohna powstały tutaj liczne nowatorskie budowle, które wywarły wpływ na architekturę tworzoną daleko poza granicami Śląska.
