Praca omawia zagadnienia dotyczące: odporności na uderzenia, odporności na obciążenie liniowe, odporności na obciążenie powierzchniowe, punktowe i mimośrodowe. Instrukcja została opracowana na podstawie norm obciążeń Eurocode, ETAG 003 (Guideline for Europen Technical Approval) z 1998 r. oraz projektu ETAG 003 z 2005 r., a także wymagań i przepisów krajowych.
