Bielajewo, zwyczajne moskiewskie osiedle, powinno uzyskać status zabytku. To standardowe do bólu blokowisko wzniesione zostało w ramach wielkiego chruszczowowskiego programu mieszkaniowego, który rozpoczął się w 1954 roku — bloki i przestrzenie pomiędzy nimi są pozornie identyczne jak w tysiącach innych osiedli z tamtych czasów. The situation is turned on its head, however, when the architect becomes his/her own client when building, renovating or redecorating their own home.
