Halowe kościoły z wieku XV i pierwszej połowy XVI na Śląsku autorstwa Kozaczewska-Golasz H., Golasz-Szołomicka H. publikacja porusza tematykę okresu od XV do połowy XVI w. na Śląsku budowano kościoły halowe o trzech typach układów przestrzennych: z prezbiterium jednonawowym, z prezbiterium trójnawowym halowym zakończonym trzema wielobokami (występujące wcześniej), z prezbiterium halowym z obejściem (nowy układ), niekiedy z kaplicami przy prezbiterium lub korpusie.

Budowle były wysokie, ale nie zbytnio wysmukłe. Wnętrza naw przekrywano nowymi typami sklepień: bogatymi sklepieniami gwiaździstymi, sieciowymi o różnych układach żeber oraz kryształowymi. Wzory sklepień przyszły z Zachodu, a w przypadku sklepień sieciowych także z Czech.
