Niezwykłą książka, która pomoże Czytelnikom przygotować się do przeżywania kanonizacji Jana Pawła II. Najbardziej osobista książka w dorobku Hanny Suchockiej. Autorka była nie tylko premierem RP i ministrem sprawiedliwości, lecz również przez wiele lat ambasadorem Polski przy Stolicy Apostolskiej. Efektem jej pobytu w Wiecznym Mieście stała się książka poświęcona tradycji nawiedzania kościołów stacyjnych w Rzymie w okresie Wielkiego Postu. Tradycja ta sięga wczesnego chrześcijaństwa, gdy – po zagwarantowaniu wolności religijnej przez cesarza Konstantyna Wielkiego – rozpoczęło się pielgrzymowanie do Rzymu do grobów zmarłych męczenników.
