Tytuł książki wynika z przekonania, że Romuald Loegler nie tyle wymyśla nową formę, co z istniejącej i uporządkowanej rzeczywistości tylko ją w gruncie rzeczy wydobywa i ujawnia w kształcie budynku. To ,,tylko" jest jednak ,,aż", bowiem przyjęty sposób postępowania nie jest łatwy, każdemu przystępny i nie zawsze doprowadza, jak Loeglera, do pozytywnego skutku.
